About Marina
Years ago I developed an intolerance to gluten and dairy, which set me on a course to find alternatives to my cooking regime. I quickly learned that gluten free flours and dairy free butters do not behave the same way as regular ingredients. Through a lot of trial and error I mastered the techniques I will be teaching you. Last year I started my own catering firm providing grazing boards and boxes to private and corporate events, as well as selling cakes and biscuits to local cafes. I also delved into vegan baking since some extended family members choose to adhere that diet as well. Join me on a culinary journey as we dive into the world of alternative baking.

I teach the basic fundamentals of gluten and dairy free cooking. Some of the desserts you will be making are vegan as well.
The classes are fun and upbeat and you will take home with you a delicious meal or dessert you can share with your family. The classes are primarily aimed at adults which will run for approximately 2 hours. I run a local catering business and have been a keen home cook for many years. You don't need any special skills, just bring your imagination and an apron.
