Through asking thought-provoking and sometimes difficult questions, I help you untangle mental knots, break through self-sabotaging behaviors, and uncover the root causes of your struggles with food. I guide you to explore questions like: Why do you eat when you’re not hungry? Why do you feel guilty about eating certain foods while others don’t? Why do you feel out of control with certain foods, like needing to finish the entire pack of cookies? But that’s just one piece of the puzzle. I also help you resolve digestive issues, ease body aches and joint pain, and boost your energy, metabolism, and motivation through personalized dietary changes. Together, we’ll address both your emotional and physical barriers to create a sustainable, healthy lifestyle. My approach is about helping you make small, realistic habit changes that fit seamlessly into your life and feel natural and achievable so you can finally stop those annoying food noises in your head and free up mental space for more important things in life. You won’t get any tips, tricks, or hacks from me to stop your emotional binge eating, food addiction, or body hate.
