About Narikai

I am a native English speaker, psychology student, editor, graphic designer, and personal assistant to an Art Director. In my spare time, I enjoy teaching and helping others to realise their potential.

I am confident that I will be able to assist you in improving your skills in visual arts such as graphic design, photo retouching or post production. I have previously worked with a team of designers as a 2D and 3D artist in a game development studio. I also have extensive experience in graphic design stemming from my role as a PA to an Artistic Director which includes designing everything from newsletters, and merchandise to flyers and other marketing material for a wide range of events. I regularly work with applications within Adobe Creative Suite.

I am also happy to work with primary aged children (KS1 & KS2) in order to develop their skills in creative writing, comprehension and phonics (Early Years). I previously taught Key Stage 1 & 2 at Kumon - a school for children with learning difficulties and most recently have helped my students to pass their year 2 phonics and SATS as well as assisting non-native English speakers to write books on business psychology and leadership. I also have experience working with students from international backgrounds who wish to improve their general English skills (EFL/TOEFL/IELTS/Cambridge English). This involves confidence building and developing abilities in speaking, writing, reading and conversational skills.

I have weekday and weekend availability so please get in touch to find a time that could suit you or your child.
