About Jonathan
My name is Jonathan, I am 34 years old and have been playing music since I was 4. I began on piano, then drums & percussion in high school. I have played a vast array of genres, performing and recording and love all genres of music. I also produce electronic music. I have a Certificate IV in Music Performance (NMIT) 2009, a Bachelor of Music Jazz & Improvisation (VCA) 2012 and Working With Children Check (WWCC). I want to share my knowledge & love of music and help others along their musical journey.

With over 20+ years of drumming experience, performing, teaching and 30 years of musical experience, I am offering private drum lessons for all styles, skill levels and ages. Lessons will be tailored to you! We will cover fundamentals for all styles, rudiments and music theory. Whether you're just getting started, wanting to learn songs or are working on your own songs and playing as an already experienced drummer, I'm here to help! I also offer basics in Ableton Live for recording and/or producing. Feel free to contact me, I look forward to working with you on your musical journey!
