About Kim
I have a bachelors degree in Sociology and Elementary Education from Fordham University. I also hold two Masters degrees from Teachers College, Columbia University. One in Learning Disabilities and the other in Educational Leadership. I have worked as an elementary education teacher, special education teacher, LDTC and school administrator over the last 23 years of my career.

I take a stregths based approach. I learn what students do well and build on those skills to improve areas of weakness. I customize lessons to both my student's interests and their learning styles. I work with students in grades K-6. I tutor primarily in reading, writing and math.
