About Christine
I have been teaching English for 27 years, and I really enjoy sharing my love for my language with students from all over the world. I am a great communicator, and always put my students at ease. I have worked in language schools, training centres, universities and online. I have supported students to pass their Cambridge, IELTS and university exams.
Professional development has always been a passion, and I have been helping other teachers in their professional development for around 20 years. I have helped hundreds people start their teaching career through the CertTESOL course, and have also helped many people to develop their teaching career through the DipTESOL course. I am a patient teacher and tutor, who listens closely and gives clear instructions and information.

I am a flexible English language teacher and teacher educator. I offer 60-minute lessons, which focus on you and your goals.
Firstly, I ensure that we have a friendly atmosphere to start off your tutoring. I will ask about what you want to gain from your lessons. I will check in with you regularly, to ensure that everything is going in the way you want it to.
For teachers: as an experienced teacher trainer with Trinity, as well as a teacher educator in a language school, I can support you with developing specific teaching techniques, planning coherent lessons, developing language awareness, or supporting you with your DipTESOL coursework.
For learners of English: I have taught English for Academic Purposes at University level, so I can support you with understanding academic language and developing your seminar and preparation skills and essay-writing. I am experienced in preparing students for Cambridge and IELTS exams.
