I prefer a task-based and lexical (genre-based) approach. However, depending on the students, I can always tailor my approach to best suit the need of the students. I can go eclectic and need-based approach. I like to be a guide by their side and assist them as and where the students need.
I have been an English faculty and school administrator for a decade and currently MA TESOL student. Have trained teachers successfully and taught students of grade ten and +2 (High Schoo students) in Nepal and here in Australia; finished the teaching practicum at ELICOS as the course requirement.
