I design my lessons based on the needs of my students/ classes.
For younger students, I use a range of fun and simple activities to drill, practice and review.
When teaching older students or adults, I ask questions to gauge the types of lessons I needs to plan.
Prior to all lessons, I ask students to answer some simple questions which help me assess each individual's learning style.
