About Karan
I am an experienced financial services professional with a background in actuarial studies and finance. I have completed my education through the Australian system, from primary to university, and attended a selective high school. During my HSC, I studied Extension One and Two Mathematics, achieving band 6 in both subjects.
While at university, I worked at a tutoring centre for two years, gaining valuable experience working with students of all ages. I am passionate about helping students improve their mathematics skills and achieve their full potential.

For the most effective session, I identify the student's target areas beforehand whenever possible. At the beginning of each session, I establish exact gaps in understanding to structure the lesson in a bespoke manner.
I have a passion for explaining concepts in easy-to-digest ways and ensuring the student remains engaged and interested. My ultimate goal is for the student to walk away with an improved understanding and a greater sense of empowerment regarding the topic covered.
I strongly believe in continuous feedback to improve my approach and cater to individual needs. I enjoy working with students and their parents to pinpoint specific requirements and provide tailored support.
