About Jay S
Bonjour! I am a certified French K-12 teacher with over 10 years of experience teaching French at various levels in the US and abroad. I started my teaching journey as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at a university near Nashville and later transitioned to teaching in Middle School for 10 years. I have also taught First Grade French Immersion on a NATO base in Belgium and currently teach High School French in Tennessee. My teaching approach is tailored to meet the individual needs of my students, using a variety of methods from nursery rhymes to literature studies. My passion for languages and dedication to my students have allowed me to witness their progress and success over the years.
