About Matty
I am a Maths and Economics university graduate, with a passion for sport. I have been tutoring part time since 2015, and full time since 2018, when I left my job as an accountant to pursue tutoring full time. I have over 5,000 hours experience and have loved every minute of it so far. I enjoy the subjects I teach and I enjoy trying to make the material as accessible as possible for those studying it.

My lessons are completely tailored around the student. They are flexible and well structured, and will often involve targeted practice on certain areas of the subject that the student finds most troublesome. Every student is different. As a result, I do not have a one-size-fits-all policy, and I always endeavour to make sure it is me accommodating the student’s needs, rather than the other way around.

Perfect! Matty is an excellent tutor, after the first lesson, my son instantly said he wants to continue as he found the lesson to be interesting and interactive. Matty always shares the lesson slides afterwards and also very prompt on replies.
