About Zach
I am a 22 year old electric/acoustic guitar and bass guitar teacher based in Brighton, East Sussex. With over 12 years playing experience, and a lifetime devotion to all things musical, I would be an ideal choice for students of any age to begin or continue their guitar journey. I have just finished a 3 year degree course in Music Production at BIMM Brighton. I worked as a maths tutor and babysitter for a group of 4-10 year olds, so have experience of dealing with all ages.
I offer 20 minute - 2 hour lessons focusing on a range of different technical and style objectives. It is entirely up to the student what they want to learn in their lessons. We can focus on Graded pieces in preparation for an exam, or simply just spend the time learning a favourite song of the pupil! I believe developing a personal style, influenced by the music you love is just as important as spending time perfecting the technical side of things. I am familiar with, and have access to the books of several exam boards. Rockschool is my chosen preference.
