About Zhengtong

I was born and raised in Shanghai and came to the UK in 22 years to study at the University of Exeter, I am a junior this year and will graduate next June.
Although I am still a student, from the time I graduated from junior high school until the epidemic, I would spend about a month every summer vacation as a volunteer to bring children to the summer nursery.The children there were basically elementary school students, and I would teach them language, math, art, sports and other subjects, but I mainly needed to pay attention to the communication with the children and the way of teaching.After the epidemic, I came to the UK to study at university, but in the past few years when I came back to China, I also did some tutoring, and the scope of teaching was quite wide, I gave English tutorials to junior and senior high school students.But I majored in art in high school, with a focus on photography, and created my own photography studio when I was in high school, and I also took visual arts and curating in college, so I also go to my old portfolio agency to guide some students applying to art colleges!
I chose to major in business in college, so the main direction I chose to intern in the past few years was marketing and management.Having participated in the planning and completion of many projects, my communication and execution skills have been enhanced and recognized.
Because of these valuable experiences, I am more active and open-minded in my thinking and vision, so my classroom will definitely not be rigid and rote memorization.Passion for teaching, patience for students, and responsiveness to parents' goals are my teaching objectives. I believe that the best way for students to learn a subject is to learn from understanding it, to being interested in it, and finally to enjoying it and learning it in depth.I am confident that I can help them do that.Thank you for your time.

About the lesson

I believe that interest is the best way to learn, and getting students to understand, become interested, and love the course is how I teach. Passion for teaching, patience with students, and feedback on learning objectives are my teaching goals.
