I came to know Naomi through a PhD related course at Imperial College London. During the course, I was impressed by Naomi's great passion towards her profession and area of study. I approached her for advice regarding my son's school assignement about rocks. I was taken by her welcoming and open attitude. She even offered to take the whole family on a rock hunting trip on the Thames.
The trip was fantastic! The kids as well as I enjoyed it very much. Naomi displayed great knowledge in her field. She also showed very good skills in dealing with kids. Naomi was able to simplify geological concepts and explain them in a way that is easily grasped by them. In less than an hour the kids were able to tell the different rocks apart and to justify their choice scientifically. She even suggested some hands-on experiments to help consolidate the knowledge gained. She was able to link the information to everyday life making it interesting and enjoyable for the kids.

The experience was wonderful. We all enjoyed it very much. My son got the first prize at school on his rock project that year.

I greatly recommend Naomi for any tutoring jobs in the future.
