It was not like teaching as I know it. When they were back at school his Science teacher wanted to know how he had found out about light.
There were days about building bridges out of balsa wood, sexy numbers (never knew they could be), Pam Ayres, Roman History, and one extraordinary day of ‘Why be polite?’ to do with courtesy and being an effective ski queue operator.
