About Somi
With more than 8 years of experience, I have been teaching Guitar to students from different age groups including school students, college learners, and working professionals. I am passionate about music and enjoy guiding students step by step. My teaching style focuses on simplicity, clarity, and practical learning.
I explain each concept in an easy way and make sure students understand it well before moving forward. I design lessons based on each student’s level and interest. In addition to Guitar, I teach music theory, chord progressions, rhythm exercises, and basic improvisation.
These skills help students become confident musicians. I also encourage regular practice and provide guidance for improvement. My aim is to create a positive and enjoyable learning experience.

My teaching methodology for Guitar is based on Communication, Creativity, and Flexibility to help students learn in a simple and confident way. I begin with strong fundamentals such as posture, finger placement, chords, and rhythm. Through clear communication, I explain each concept step by step so students can understand easily and practise effectively. I also encourage students to ask questions and stay actively involved in the learning process.
Creativity is an important part of my teaching. I include song-based learning, exercises, and different music styles to make lessons engaging and enjoyable. I also motivate students to explore their own musical ideas and develop their unique playing style.
Flexibility allows me to adapt my teaching methods according to each student’s level, pace, and goals. I design personalised lesson plans that suit beginners as well as advanced learners. Along with Guitar, I teach music theory, rhythm training, ear training, and basic improvisation to ensure complete musical development.
