About Patricia
I am passionate about maths and science subjects and enjoy guiding students to understand the logic behind concepts rather than simply memorising answers. My aim is to help students understand how maths and science work in real-world applications, including their connections to industry.
I also help students avoid common mistakes that I experienced myself, enabling them to build confidence, learn more effectively, and achieve success more quickly.

I have over 3 years of teaching experience, currently a 4th year Chemical Engineering student at Imperial College London. I helped students improve from grade E to grade A and A* across GCSE, A Level and Year 1-Year 6. I am patient, supportive, and dedicated to helping students fully understand the underlying concepts behind mathematics rather than simply memorising methods.
I prepare tailored resources and guide students step by step until they gain confidence in how maths actually works, while also improving their calculation speed and efficiency. I encourage students to ask questions freely, as I believe there are no “stupid” questions, and I am always happy to provide additional support whenever needed.
