About Lewis

As a young and relatable lecturer, I bring a fresh perspective to teaching, combined with 5 years of experience teaching. I specialise in the fields of: • Cyber Security • Software Engineering • Networking I prefer learning and teaching through practical application, this practical application can be tailored to the student - For example if the student likes video games we can look at programming and networking within video games, where we look at the core concepts but within the context of something the student is interested in.

About the lesson

My approach to teaching: I focus on a project and practical-based learning, which allows students to apply their knowledge in real-world contexts. Typical lesson length: 1 hour, but I am flexible and can work to the needs of the student. Qualifications and Experience: I have been teaching in the further education and higher education sector for 5 years, delivering content at levels 1-5 (Foundation knowledge to stage 2 university). With most experience with GCSE (Level 2) and BTEC/A-Level (Level 3).
