i have had practiced various styles of martial arts for over 20yrs
bushi kempo ju jitsu, australian kempo kung fu, some aikido with friends
and i feel i can provide a good basic style that can help people feel more confident where before they may be stressed etc.

then slowly go through techniques etc. that each person or group can learn and memerise
