About Nejc
I am a third-year Finance student at the University of Amsterdam, currently on exchange at the University of Sydney, where I am taking courses focused on financial mathematics, econometrics, and derivatives. My university studies have given me a strong background in mathematics, statistics, finance, and accounting. I also studied mathematics at an advanced level in high school and completed my final mathematics exam at the higher level.
I have over a year of tutoring experience, mainly with university students. I have taught mathematics across different levels, particularly calculus, as well as finance and accounting from introductory to more advanced courses. I have helped students prepare for exams, catch up on difficult topics, work through problem sets, and better understand their course material. My students have had different backgrounds and starting levels, so I am used to adjusting the pace and explanation to the individual student.

I mainly tutor university students and final-year high school students aged 18+, with a focus on mathematics, calculus, statistics, econometrics, accounting and finance. I can also help with other maths, economics or finance-related subjects, so feel free to contact me about your specific course.
I have over a year of tutoring experience and have helped students prepare for and pass exams at different levels. My lessons are flexible and adapted to each student. I usually start by explaining the topic clearly and then work through exercises, either provided by the student or by me.
Lessons are usually 60 minutes, but can range from 45 minutes to several hours. I prefer online tutoring, but can also travel to students in Sydney for an additional fee.
