About Melynda
I have taught grades 5-8, trained teachers across the state in math, and I currently work as a coach for an elementary school. (That means I still train teachers!) I enjoy doing math, but I really love seeing children get the self-confidence from mastering math concepts.

I work with students to understand foundational concepts in math so they can access more challenging concepts. I believe strongly in the power of games to unlock math ideas in a way that make sense, and students enjoy spending time “learning” when we are also having fun.
