I have tutored math at Highline College and the University of Washington Tacoma. I am an international certified tutor. I have tutored all levels of math classes, and I also was a workshop facilitator. I love math, and I love solving math problems. I love helping other people with their math problems. I enjoy solving problems and helping others understand math. I have experience tutoring college students and strive to create a patient and supportive learning environment where students can have those rewarding "aha!" moments. I start by getting to know each student's current skill level so I can tailor my teaching to their needs. Then, we review key concepts, work through examples together, and tackle any questions or assignments they have. My goal is for every student to leave each session feeling more confident and with a smile.
