About Davis
I am a dedicated and approachable teacher who enjoys helping students discover that Mathematics and Physics can be easier and more interesting than they may seem. I became a teacher because I enjoy explaining ideas, solving problems and seeing students gain confidence in their abilities. I believe every student can improve when they receive patient guidance and lessons that match their learning needs. I enjoy creating a friendly learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and learning from them. My goal is not only to help students perform better in their exams, but also to develop strong problem-solving skills and confidence that they can use beyond the classroom.

I am an experienced Mathematics and Science teacher with a Bachelor of Education (Science) and several years of classroom teaching experience. My lessons are student-centred, clear and practical, with a focus on understanding concepts rather than memorising answers. I break difficult topics into simple steps and use examples, questions and guided practice to help students build confidence and solve problems independently. I can support learners in Mathematics and Physics at different levels, including exam preparation, homework support and revision. My online lessons are interactive and adapted to each student's learning needs, strengths and areas that require improvement.
