About Annalise
Hi!! I am Annalise. I am a second-year nursing student and I LOVE helping people. I have been tutoring for four years grades 6th through 12th.
I have done diagnostic tests with my students before and after tutoring and they have tested 5th to 6th grade reading, math, science, and history levels at the start. By the end, I have gotten students to between 8th and 9th grade levels.
Tutoring is a HUGE passion of mine because I am so passionate about academics and helping people out.
Around my college and high school, I am known for editing, revising, and helping out students with their essays and papers. I have even helped with resignation emails for jobs or emails to teachers because people do not know what to say in some uncomfortable circumstances! I love giving tips and tricks to students when they need it with those sorts of things.

When I tutor students, I typically want them to ideally have a few things they need help with and want help with, kind of like a drop-in tutor, and I am happy to help them with those topics!
If a student is looking for a long-term tutor, I am more than happy to be here and I will make worksheets, assign work, and use online resources to enable the student to engage in their work.
I like to do the math programs as a long-term tutor just because math builds upon itself but science and math can be either form, doesn't matter to me as long as I'm helping!
I also can edit essays for middle and high schoolers and help with reading comprehension for any grade. I have an amazing reading comprehension/vocab/grammar program for all grades up to 12th!

Drop-in will be 14 per hour but if we are doing full tutoring, I ask that you get the lesson packs instead, plus they'll save you money!
