About Jason
I am a current undergraduate student in my 3rd year of studying a Bachelor of Science and Education at Monash University; in my science degree I am majoring in Maths and have completed a minor in Physics.
I have a proven track record of producing quality students through a variety of teaching environments as shown below.
My Qualifications:
• Graduated Huntingtower School 2020 with an ATAR of 96.35
• Private tutoring: VCE 3/4 Physics – 1 Year
• Group Tutoring: Math at Number Works n’ Words (Years 1-10) – 1.5 Years
• Private Tutoring: Maths 7-12 (June 2023 - Present)
• Monash teaching placements: Brentwood Secondary College + Salesian College Chadstone + Oakleigh Grammar

My main goal as a private tutor is to fully cater to and support the specific needs of my students, being highly adaptable when it comes to individual learning styles.
Tutoring sessions will be designed to be flexible and versatile. Students are encouraged to propose how they want their session to run: whether it is understanding concepts, assistance in homework questions/tasks, or preparing for tests. This way students receive lessons suited to their needs and can get the most out of their sessions.
The support of my tutoring isn’t limited to just the lessons. It is not uncommon for students to get stuck on some tricky questions or require extra clarification on certain topics. Hence, I will also be providing frequent support via text or email outside of lesson hours.
