About Salani
Hi, I'm Salani! I hold a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, USA, graduating with a GPA of 3.66/4.00. I received the Chancellor's Award, earned recognition on the Dean's List, and was selected as a commencement speaker at my university graduation.
Alongside my engineering studies, I gained experience as a MATLAB Tutor and Undergraduate Teaching Assistant, helping students understand technical concepts and develop their problem-solving skills.
I understand that MATLAB can seem intimidating when you're first learning to code, particularly when you're trying to apply programming concepts to engineering problems. My goal is to make learning practical, approachable, and easier to understand.

• Engineering applications: Applying MATLAB to mathematical calculations, numerical methods, data analysis, and relevant engineering problems.
• Simulink: Introduction to simulation and modelling, where appropriate to your coursework and learning goals.
I focus on explaining not just what code to write, but why it works and how to approach similar problems independently.
