About Will
I am primarily a meditation enthusiast, and have been for about a decade and a half. For me, meditation is a world of practices, approaches and frameworks that lead in many beautiful and freeing directions. My passion is to understand, explore and guide others through this world of meditation. What gets me excited is teaching meditation in ways that reflect the diversity of ways of practising and the diversity of personalities of meditators, while honouring the core of meditation practice - to be here to experience the mystery of life more fully and more freely.

A 1:1 session with me typically is an hour long, and starts with some time to check-in about how your practice has been going since we last met, and to explore topics and questions arising from your own time meditating. We can then do some guided meditation practice tailored to exactly where you're at and what you're currently exploring. Meditation is a very multifaceted thing, and every meditator is different. I will guide you in a way that makes sense for you, to lead you a little deeper into the territory that we are exploring. I have practised and taught a lot in Buddhist traditions, and have also studied many yogic/non dual traditions. I am a trained mindfulness teacher with the Mindfulness Training Institute, and I have also completed a yoga teacher training with Yogasara in Bristol. These 1:1 sessions are for anyone who has a desire to meditate regularly (even if that's not yet a reality). You will get the most out of them if you are practising for 20 - 30 minutes most days, but I can provide support, guidance and recordings to help you get to that point.
