About Salome
I am a teacher. I have a Bachelors degree in Philosophy, a Diploma in Early Childhood and Care Education and a Diploma in Montessori Teacher Training.
I started teaching in schools from year 2015 but wanted a more flexible schedule and a chance to make better impact on my students without the pressure and rush encountered in a school environment. So I started private tutoring in year 2017 and I'm doing it till date.
I have had several students over the years till date, who I tutor both online and physically. I have a lot of fantastic results from teaching students over time, which is the high point of my career.
The fact that I'm able to help struggling students get better in their academics or just teach students who need to learn certain subjects, gives me pure joy.

My teaching method is mostly student-centered. I study every student to know what they need and how they learn and teach them in the most relatable way for them.
I do make up songs to help kids remember some topics. I also try to relate each topic to things they see or experience everyday for easier understanding.
