About Naho
Hi! My name is Naho and I am an experienced music teacher who is studying in RCS. I've lived in Ireland for the past 8 years before moving to Glasgow and I have been teaching for the last 5 years in a music school. I started as a pianist at the age of 4 and progressed to singing. Since then I have always been playing piano and singing. As I am interested in developing students' musical skill I have attended a summer course for teaching classical voice in Guildhall and also participated in a seminar for piano teaching in DIT. I have taught piano, singing and music theory to a wide range of ages. Many of my students have sat exams (Grade 1- Grade 8) and they have always received either Distinction or Merit. I also loved teaching the ones who wanted to play piano for their passion. I had a lot of mature students who came in after work or after their game of croquet. I was involved in making the syllabus for the school I worked in as well.

In my lessons, my focus is on expanding pupils' love towards music through improving their ability as a musician. I always create my own curriculum for each individual student to ensure it will suit their pace and needs. I will always make sure that there is the right atmosphere for learning with some fun. Especially for young beginners, we would be starting with some entertaining exercises to keep the enthusiasm going. My goal is that each student is making some development, including their interest towards music, in each class. Please note that the price listed is for per lesson, not hourly rate. Also that I do not offer the first free lesson nor the bundle discount, however the website does not allow me to take it down. Sorry for any confusion!
