About Jenny
I am a primary school teacher with 25 years' experience of teaching across ages 4-11. I currently teach a Year 6 class and lead English throughout my school. I enjoy helping children to gain the confidence to read for pleasure and develop skills when writing to use the classroom. My experience has given me a wealth of knowledge in how children learn and I can quickly adapt my teaching to meet the needs of any learner.

I work with the strengths of each student and quickly assess any gaps in knowledge and skills. Every session will be enjoyable and engaging - accessing a range of texts and approaches that support the development of early literacy skills. Students will be helped to build confidence and will be excited to apply their new skills after each session.
