Maria is the conductor for my church's choir and my very first voice teacher. She has been teaching me from knowing nothing about the singing to learn more about my voice, singing, rhythm and the expression about singing.

Her caring and kindness cheer me up to keep practicing to improve my voice. She always encourage me that I can do it along with asking me how I feel and make sure that I feel comfortable do it correctly and not harm my voice.

She's very patient to give me many tries to get the right voice. When it's hard for me to get the right tone and sound with the right way, she will find the practical way to pull voice out little by little and let me feel natural about doing it until I reach the right point.

Sometimes I don't understand how to make it happen like her demonstration, she does very kind explanation with her body language and expression to show how should I do with my body and air control to let the air come out properly.

I've been learning with Marie more than a year. I really glad to meet Marie who helps me to get better and better with my voice.
