My name is Austin, and I am a Technology graduate with a background in Networking and Telecommunications and hands-on experience in IT support. I have helped users troubleshoot computer issues, learn technology skills, and understand technical concepts through clear communication and patience. I enjoy helping students build confidence with computers, math, and problem-solving. I am an IT professional and Technology graduate with experience in networking, computer support, and troubleshooting.
