About ROJES
I know what it feels like to be invisible.
As a child, I was the shyest one in the room — unable to raise my hand, unable to join a conversation, unable to make my voice heard. I watched classmates debate and express themselves effortlessly, and all I felt was envy and crippling self-doubt. For years, I was just a spectator in my own life.
Then came a moment of clarity: if I ever wanted more, I had to find my voice. So I started small — speaking up at home, then in the classroom, then on bigger stages. Step by step, that terrified child became a national award-winner in Extempore and Prepared Speeches, and eventually a Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) — the highest honor in Toastmasters, earned after 20 dedicated years in the organization.
Over 30 years, I’ve trained students across Australia, New Zealand, India, Singapore — helping them go from silence to confidence, from fear to stage presence. My own children, now teens, are Primer Award winners in public speaking — living proof that this method works.
I don’t teach from theory. I teach from having lived every ounce of the fear my students carry — and having conquered it completely. If you’re ready to stop being a spectator and finally make your voice heard, I’m ready to help you get there.

About the lesson

Each session is personalised to the student’s age, goals, and current communication level. Lessons run once a week for one hour, split into two halves: the first builds theoretical foundations — frameworks, structure, and techniques for organising thoughts clearly; the second is hands-on application through speaking exercises, structured drills, and improv, so skills are practised in real time rather than just learned.
My approach is built around three pillars:
Storytelling, Voice, and Stage Presence — covering everything from structuring a compelling narrative to vocal clarity and projection, body language, gestures, and handling nerves.
As a Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) with 20 years in Toastmasters and 30 years of public speaking experience, including national-level award wins, I work with kids, teens, young adults, and adults — assessing each student’s needs and objectives before building a practical, bespoke plan to improve confidence, clarity, and communication.
