About Mikkel
I grew up in Denmark where everyone plays badminton. I played competition from age 8 and continued till age 28. I was a trainer/coach from around age 15. Have since enjoyed coaching and training kids and adults in other sports including soccer and martial arts.

Basic technique run through: serve (short, long), forehand, backhand, attack, defend, net play, line play, smash, drop, cut, fake, fade, lop, high backhand, cross forehand, cross backhand. Trick shots.
