About Sarka
I have a BA degree in management, passed a life exam on traveling the world long time, with a fluent English and positive attitude. I have done my TTC certificate (200 hrs) in July this year and taught some lessons since (both private and groups) as a volunteer. I mainly focus on helping people maintain the right position during the whole session.

My focus is on traditional Hatha yoga, as well as Yin yoga as I find it amazing for one's transactions.
Yoga is not about the physical activity at first, although it is very essential. In my classes I add pranayama techniques at the beginning to help you focus inside & build that inner heat. Our guru said pranayama classes have even greater benefits for one's body than asanas :-)
With this and OM chanting at the beginning, you will slowly get into the flow and forget the outside world. I tend to add Sun and Moon salutations as I find them super beneficial when they are done properly and longer.
Then should this be a private class, we will focus on what you need as this could be said at the beginning. I highly focus on hips opening as this is essential in a lot of yoga asanas.
Every lesson there will be added some balance position as these are great for focusing.
Then final stretching, Shavasana & OM chanting to finish the lesson. That is how a traditional lesson looks :-)
