Hello, my name is Tristan, and I offer personalized tutoring in english for high school and college students.
My teaching approach focuses on building a strong understanding of concepts rather than simple memorization. I adapt each lesson to the student's learning style, pace, and academic goals. I believe that mastering the fundamentals is the key to solving more advanced problems with confidence.
A typical lesson begins with a review of previous material and any questions the student may have. We then work through new concepts using clear explanations, examples, and guided practice problems. Finally, we reinforce learning through exercises and exam-style questions to ensure the student can apply the material independently.
What sets me apart is my patient and supportive teaching style. Having recently studied many of these subjects myself, I understand the challenges students face and can explain complex topics in a simple and accessible way. My goal is not only to help students improve their grades but also to develop their confidence and problem-solving skills.
