About MERT
Swimming Coach | Bronze Lifeguard | Former Competitive Canoe Athlete
Hi, I'm Mert.
I have been actively involved in sports for more than 10 years and have several years of experience teaching swimming to students of all ages and abilities.
Before moving to Dubai, I worked as a swimming coach in Türkiye, delivering both private and group lessons. I have taught babies, children, teenagers, adults, and individuals with special needs, helping each student develop confidence, safety, and proper technique in the water.
My experience ranges from complete beginners taking their first steps in the pool to swimmers looking to improve their strokes, technique, and overall performance. I have also worked with performance groups and athletes seeking structured swimming training.
As a Bronze Lifeguard and former competitive canoe athlete, safety is always my highest priority. My coaching style is patient, supportive, and adapted to the individual needs and goals of each student.
Whether your goal is learning to swim, improving technique, building water confidence, or becoming a stronger swimmer, I am committed to helping you progress in a safe and enjoyable environment.
