Hi friends, this is Rachel.
I have 3+ years of experience in coaching table tennis back in Hong Kong.
I offer lessons for players of all ages and skill levels, including:
Beginners: Players who are just starting or who want to learn the basics of the game. From how to hold a bat to basic forehand, backhand etc.
Intermediate Players: Those who have a foundational understanding and are looking to refine their skills and develop match strategies.
Lessons typically last 1 to 1.5 hour, depending on the player's age, experience, and goals. Longer sessions may be necessary for more intense training, especially for competitive players who need to work on advanced techniques, match preparation, or physical conditioning.
I tailor my coaching to the individual's needs, whether they’re playing for fun, improving their skills, or aiming to compete at a high level.
