About Joshua
I’m currently studying a Bachelor of Education (Secondary) / Bachelor of Arts at the University of the Sunshine Coast and have nearly two years of experience working as a Teacher Aide in a secondary school. I enjoy helping students understand concepts that may initially feel difficult and seeing their confidence improve over time. I aim to create a calm, supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and working at their own pace.

My lessons are tailored to each student’s individual needs, ability level and goals. I focus on identifying gaps in understanding, explaining concepts clearly and building confidence step by step. Lessons can include foundational skill development, homework support, revision, assessment preparation and targeted practice. My aim is to help students understand the “why” behind what they are learning, rather than simply memorising answers.
