I used learner-centered approach as a strategy in teaching. This enables every student to learn the topic at their own pace. So what I usually do is guide them on how to make their activities rather than me doing the activities so that they will learn.

Rate depends on the level of the student the stated rate is for averaged learner. Also, travel fee depends on the location of the house. Well, we need to understand that time is gold, so should you wish to cancel your appointment please give me a call 2 hours in advance and no cancellation fee but if it is a short notice less than 2 hours then their is a $10 cancellation fee but it could be refunded if the reason is valid.
