I am a proactive, results-driven individual who responds positively to pressure situations, prioritises effectively, and delivers tangible teaching solutions. I am an excellent communicator, and I have been able to enhance my communication skills through years of studying and working at the university. I am a certified and experienced maths and science teacher who evaluates student progression and adapts lesson plans to facilitate learning and growth. I effectively incorporate my 20 years of practical work, life experience, technology, and creative learning resources into my lesson planning and delivery to provide an engaging and interactive learning environment that will inspire learners to achieve their full potential. I teach all mathematics and sciences at all levels (GCSE, IGCSE, and A-level). I instil appreciation for mathematics and physical sciences in all students by relating the subject to everyday living, enhancing students' learning opportunities. I also desire to address student needs and ensure proper student development. My experience working with SEND students has increased my enthusiasm for assisting students requiring extra support to complete tasks and learn new concepts
