About Marlise
I have 15 years of teaching experience, ranging from teaching at primary schools, high schools and special needs schools in South Africa and London, United Kingdom, as well as working with adults. Currently I am a full-time, self-employed, professional teacher and tutor for school learners, university students and adults. My qualifications include a GA Level 5 Certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (180 hours, TEFL), Higher Certificate in Adult Basic Education and Training (ABET), Master of Science Degree in Biochemistry (M.Sc.), B.Sc.Hons. Degree in Biochemistry and B.Sc. Degree.

My classes are structured according to my learners' specific needs and goals and are presented using a white board combined with e.g. Skype or Zoom social platforms, as well as using any other additional resources needed per individual learner.
