About Ashmitha
I am a third-year medical student with a strong academic background, having achieved 4 A*s and 4 As at Cambridge O Level, including Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, and Additional Mathematics. At Edexcel A Level, I earned 4 As, scoring a perfect 300/300 in Biology and 290/300 in Pure Mathematics and Statistics. My passion for teaching stems from a desire to share my knowledge and help students build a strong foundation in science and mathematics. I believe that with the right guidance and support, every student can develop confidence and excel academically. Through tutoring, I aim to make learning engaging, accessible, and tailored to each student’s unique needs.

With over 5 years of experience, I believe that building a solid foundation by starting with the basics and ensuring clear understanding is essential for academic success. I tailor each session to the student’s individual pace and learning style, making sure core concepts are fully grasped before moving forward. I use step-by-step explanations and real-life examples to make difficult ideas more relatable and easier to grasp. My goal is to help students develop the confidence to solve problems independently so that by the end of the course, they should be able to solve them by yourself. I’m committed to working with learners of all levels, whether you’re aiming to improve or excel, offering structured, supportive, and effective lessons in Mathematics, Biology, and Chemistry for Grades 6 to 10.
