About Michele
I have been an interpreter for over 20 years and have my certification in educational interpreting. I include additional cultural and historical information and ettiquette in teaching. Sign language is fun to learn and very useful.
Recently, I completed my advanced TESOL certification, which includes courses on linguistics, how we learn, and methods of teaching. These very same methods are applied to teaching American Sign Language, and they make learning FUN and MEMORABLE. I have worked with the Deaf and Hard-of-hearing communities for decades and have worked in the interpreting field for over 20 years.
