About Annette
Baking is my life passion. I have been baking since I was a child. I have owned my own scratch bakery for years in the past and now I sell my baked goods at Farmer's Markets and to co-workers, friends and neighbors. Cinnamon rolls are my specialty but can bake anything I can find a recipe for!
I will teach you about different flours, best ingredients to use, best equipment, how to mix dough properly and how to gauge cooking time. I will answer your questions about problems you have encountered in the past and turn you into a baker who your friends will envy!
I have taught numerous classes as well as many, many people on an individual basis. I love teaching people to bake as I'm hoping they will feel the same enjoyment and relaxation as I do when I bake.

I always feel a sense of accomplishment after baking. I love how it satisfies my sense of vision, smell and taste and makes the whole house smell so good.
The most satisfying part is sharing my baked goods with others and seeing the enjoyment that they receive. It makes it all worthwhile!
