About Rossana
I'm a Wilton Certified cake decorator and own a home bakery based in Meridian, ID
i teach baking classes in a weekly basis but want to start traveling to share my knowledge with you no matter where you live.
Cake Decorating and Assembly Class - Unlike other cake decorating classes that take weeks to learn you will gain a basic understanding in how to make a cake from start to finish. You will also torte, frost, and decorate a three layer 6” cake and take it home with you as an example of your work. You will leave this course with fool-proof recipes so that you can continue to practice cake baking and decorating in your own home.
Cinnamon Roll Class - You will learn the basic techniques of creating the perfect sweet dough, including mixing, kneading, rolling, hand-shaping your rolls, and properly proofing them. I will also explain how to make Caramel Pecan Rolls, Orange Rolls and Raspberry rolls. You will leave our class with our recipes, the knowledge to recreate them at home, and a half dozen big cinnamon rolls to bake at home.
Cake Pop Class - Learn to decorate cake pops! Your instructor will teach you how to mix the perfect cake pop base, form perfectly rounded pops, add lollipop sticks and dip with melted candy for a smooth coating.
I truly love sharing my passion of baking and Cake Decorating with people of any age willing to learn and have a great time.
I own a home based bakery and my cinnamon rolls and cakes are very popular. My customers wanted to learn and I wanted to share my passion of baking with them.

The cake class that my daughter and I attended was wonderful! It was full of useful information and great tips from a very experienced baker. We were able to assemble and decorate our own cake in class and take it home to enjoy with our family. The instructions were easy to follow and Rossana made sure that everyone was understanding and following along as she went. I highly recommend her classes to kiddos and adults alike!
