Greetings,
I would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to myself and "To the Heart CPR". I specialize in bringing CPR certification training to both individuals and groups, at locations of your choosing
I am an HSI aligned trainer providing nationally recognized certifications in CPR/AED/Basic First Aid, Basic Life Support (BLS - CPR for healthcare providers), and Bloodborne Pathogens. I use Prestan CPR manikins with feedback devices for all hands-on skills training. Our CPR training is ILCOR directed and fulfills AHCCCS and OSHA training requirements.
Appointments and prices are offered for private, one-on-one (individual) learners and groups.
Groups consist of 2 or more attendees. Discounts start with the second attendee, and are retroactive to the first.

For 8+ attendees, please call (concealed information) for assistance scheduling your training.
I am available Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm (I will accommodate your schedule upon request).
Saturday morning appointments are available. A minimum charge of $230.00 applies for Saturday appointments, and will certify up to three attendees. Four or more attendees will be charged at the currently published group price.
Cards are issued upon completion of paid training (usually within 24 hours of class) or upon receipt of payment and will be provided to the payer's email at the end of the workday.
For companies that we will have an ongoing training relationship with, credit will be extended to Net 10 days and ACH payment. Cards will be issued upon receipt of payment.
Cost of services (Weekday schedule):
One-on-One $80.00
2 - 3 Attendees $75.00 ea.
4 - 6 Attendees $65.00 ea.
7 -10 Attendees 60.00 ea.
11plus Attendees $45.00 ea.
Weekday family groups
Certifications issued $60.00 minimum 3 attendees Additional certified attendees $50.00ea
Additional Non-certified attendees $45.00
Pricing is based on the total number of attendees.
Class size is limited to a maximum of 22 attendees.
Multiple classes scheduled on the same day/location will be discounted and invoiced as one continuous class.
100% No Show, will be invoiced at the currently published price for One-on-One, private training.

TRAVEL FEE AGREEMENT:
To the Heart CPR is geographically located in North Central Phoenix at the SR51 & Hwy101 interchange.
Travel within a 20-mile radius of SR51/Hwy101 (Desert Ridge, Phoenix) is included in the training fee.
Group training, (6+ attendees);
Please call for travel fees.
Private, In-home, One-on-One training & Small Groups (1-5);
Additional travel fees will be added at a rate of $10.00 per 10 miles beyond a 20-mile radius of SR51 & Hwy101.
For areas Outside the greater metropolitan Phoenix area (I.E. Maricopa, Tucson, Gala Bend, Sedona, Prescott, Flagstaff etc) please call for prices.
