About Todd
Hello, my name is Todd Gates and I'm passionate about athlete development in all sports and skills development in basketball and baseball. I also specialize in injury prevention. I'm a certified strength and conditioning coach (NSCA-CSCS), sports performance/injury prevention (Area Scouts Certified BASE Evaluator) and skill training for basketball and baseball (position players).
I played basketball and baseball at the Division 1 level and was drafted by the Texas Rangers out of college. I also played basketball overseas, so I specialize in these two sports for skills training.
I have over 20 years experience at the collegiate and professional level having worked at the Division 1 level (Boston College/Rutgers University) and most recently in the NBA. I have worked with thousands of athletes throughout my career of all ages (boys/girls). My goal now is to give back to the community where I reside and help any athlete I work with become the best version of themselves.
If you're looking for an astounding, passionate and knowledgeable coach who has a proven track record in athlete development and understands how the body works (certified regenerative detoxification specialist) I'm the person you want working with your athlete. I look forward to hearing from you.
