About Muadh

Former Junior College player, trained with G-League & Overseas coaches, Bachelors in Psychology, currently work in technology sales. Recently helped a client with no prior experience make their high school basketball team.

I’ve been a basketball athlete for over 6 years and have a wide range of experience from freshman, junior varsity, varsity, and junior college.

I've consistently received the scholar athlete award between HS and College, and I'm passionate about placing awareness on mental fortitude between sports, academics, and life.

I've had injuries in the past and worked with world class physical therapists/performance trainers. I understand the importance of dynamic/static stretching, injury prevention, eating the right foods, and will pass that guidance along to any client included for free with our training.

Our first session will be a combination of understanding what goals you want to reach, as well as gauging the player's current skill level

I enjoy working with clients ages 6-15!

About the lesson

First lesson is an overall assessment of the students abilities. Will discuss goals with the athlete's parent/the athlete and create a plan to achieve those goals.

Workouts will be tailored towards clients and feature everything from injury preventative dynamic warm ups/stretches, active and static ball handling, conditioning, finishing at the rim, proper shooting dynamics and technique, in game situations, and more.
