-1996-2004- Referee/ site supervisor for Montgomery County recreation Department
2007-2009-Coached coaches boys football (moco knights and gtown and girls basketball (2nd-6th grade)
-2011-2019- Coached Unknown Talent for 6 seasons
Invited 9 sessions of Nike summer camps ( sonna chase and chase your dreams foundation)
Coaches over 200 aau basketball players mostly based in Montgomery County
Invited to coach “top phenomen 100” 4 sessions which is the top 100 middle schoolers in the country come and play to be ranked. My biggest game to date was coaching Christian bliss(ny)vs #1 Elijah fisher (Canada) a google search will show the video for the game. FYI I coached the upset of the year. Shhhhhhhh I don’t like to brag.
Founding member for team impact and unknown talent.
Coach 2019 unknown talent 16u to a 4th place at nationals in Boston mass.
I have attend multiple Coach camps and clinics.
While coaching i have coached 1st -12grade boys and 3-9th grade girls
I teach the game and the sport. I will teach almost every defense and we will be running a positionless offensive.
I have proven success I have been compared to coach carter numerous times. I have endless references please let me know if you would like them but I must warn you they will be very talkative about me. I’m not only a coach but a transparent mentor. Even my old players & parents call and want to talk about there future and discuss the potential choices, decisions and out come.

We provide a variety of plans tailored to meet the needs of each youth. For example, advanced skill techniques for the next level athlete, intense cardio workouts to build stamina for group training sessions to keep their skills sharp and fresh. No matter the skill level staff is committed to making each drill fun, yet challenging and achievable. We believe through our own unique style of teaching along with contagious workouts our youth will want to come back for more training.
